Week in Pictures #4

I am back! It feels like I haven’t blogged in ages, although it has only been 2 and a half weeks but they have been very busy and a bit overwhelming at times. So to find out what I have been up to in the last weeks, keep on reading! Ireland 2

A week ago I went on a little trip to Ireland! We flew into Belfast and stayed in Donegal at a friends place which was in the middle of nowhere and very peaceful. We took a day trip to Belfast where we went to the Botanic Gardens (top left), the Ulster Museum and strolled around the city. We also went to the Dark Hedges (top right) which were featured in Game of Thrones and attracted a lot of tourists besides us. A highlight was being able to see Giant’s Causeway (bottom) where we were lucky with the weather and got to enjoy the cliffs in full sunshine!

On the first day however, we were not as lucky with the weather. We went to Glenveagh National Park and Lough Beagh (top right) where we visited Glenveagh Castle which was beautiful and featured stunning gardens (left). We also went on a brief visit to Sandhill beach (bottom right).

Other than going to Ireland, I visited Coffee Barker again (top left) for a lovely cozy breakfast and had some after work wine at Slug and Lettuce with my colleagues (top right). Speaking of work, I also had my last day at work last Friday (bottom right) as I quit my job at the beginning of August. I had a lovely last day lunch with my girls at Cafe Minuet in Cardiff, where the food was delicious! (bottom left) I am very excited for some new adventures soon, so stay tuned as this will also involve some changes on my blog!

So tell me, what have you been up to in the last few weeks?
